For prints purchases please provide:

the code and title of each print.

the size of each print

the shipping address for each print.
packaging and postage
Prices do not include packaging and postage but these will be itemised on the invoice.

I post worldwide and use Australia Post recommended packaging methods.

Allow up to 10 days after receipt of payment before order is dispatched.

International with Tracking - allow 3 -10 business days to reach you.

Australia with Tracking - allow 2 - 4 business days to reach you.

I will notify you of the tracking reference as soon as your print is posted.
payment
Full payment is required prior to delivery.

All prices are retail prices in Australian dollars, AUD, (GST inclusive).

I will send a PayPal invoice with all details including payment instructions.

refunds and exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your print when it arrives just advise me by email, repack it and return by post. All returns are accepted for any reason and no questions asked.
